Awesome hybrid between cider and beer. Has the mouthfeel and mtyness of beer, and the apple notes and orchard crispness of cider. Light, amazingly refreshing and very yummy. Sweet yet sour, apple and malt and lovely oak.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft creamy malts. Tart lemony fruits. Little wet wood. Tart fruits. Nice, drinkable.

Bottle. Beer Ritz, Leeds. Also multiple pours courtesy of the brewer. Mostly clear, honey gold. Lots of fine, fast rising bubbles makes for a thick, dense, lasting, lacing, white head. Looks boss. Nose has baked dessert apple. Apple peel. Oak. Vanilla. Hint of preserved lemon. New leather. Holy shit, it’s all going off here. Taste is beautifully balanced, bittersweet apple and clean oak. Light and dry, crisp apple tartness. Fine and foamy carbonation. Dry and light tartness on the palate. Clean and crisp, fruity tartness to finish. So clean and tasty, with barely a whisper of acidity. This is world class gear.
