Bottle shared in London - big thanks to TB! Pours unclear gold with a foamy, white head. Lightly sweet, with a little citric bite, subtle cider, light funk, a little woody dryness, lemon. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, some lemony tartness, good funk. Outstanding.

Bottle @ Corona Share -#15 with SirAlex and Crazy Joe Davola. Pours Hazy deep golden with a bubbly White head. Lot of funk and barnyard. Where batch 3 was pure cider this is a fine mix of both World. Woody and dry with a touch of Apple and lemon peel. Dry finish

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with a thin off white head, aroma has sharp apple and funk, taste has loads of funk, mellow apple and pear.

750 bottle split. Pours lightly hazed orange golden with dense white head. Aroma: sweet apples, apple peel, grape, oak, funk. Taste: light sweet & bitter, light tartness, crisp bittersweet apples, lemon sherbet, oak. Light to medium body, fine carbonation, dry clean finish. Superb.

Bottle shared with Kenny. It pours hazy bright orangey gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh and bright, funky, lovely tart apple character, quite juicy, gooseberry, tangy apple candy, zingy, white grape, lemon sherbet and light custard. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, zingy, nice pucker, apple skin, sour apple candy, apple karate belts, gooseberry, white grape, lemon sherbet, light acidity, vibrant, floral, some oak, hay and funk with a drying and slightly puckering finish. Medium body and lovely lively pillowy carbonation. Exquisite stuff. Flavourful, balanced and moreish.

Bottle at the dockside tap. Pours golden orange, nose is vanilla, caramel, apple, spice, earthy, taste is similar, crisp, sharp apple.

Bottle split at Level Six, picked up at the Ghosty Whale IIRC, 18/09/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with a fast collapsing off white cap of bubbles. Nose is tarte apple skins, funk, grains, orchard woot, dry rot, light basement esters, lemon rind. Taste comprises mellow apple based funk, musty wood, cider iced lolly, damp cloth, grandads shed, faint citric peel, apple core, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic rise. Solid well balanced flavoursome blend.
