Pours hazy yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma of citra, berries. Taste is malty, flat viney malt. Palate has some grassy floral notes. Good for the lite iPas

Crisp golden coloured body with a very thin, single to perhaps two centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grass, hay, bunches of grassy, piney and herbal hops that show a large dry hopping and a touch of lemons and citrus as well. Light-bodied; Very dry and herbal notes show through everything with some grassy and perfumey hop notes, a dose of light sugars from the citrus fruits and finishing with a soft malt bite without any alcohol or body really, just nice dry and bitter hop flavours. Aftertaste shows the dry perfumey and piney bitterness from the hops without much malt at all and only a faint sweetness from the citrus fruits. Overall, a very nice, easy-drinking Light IPA with a bunch of hoppy flavours and some smooth malt flavours, but no real body and no pungency, but a lot of flavour for such a small package. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 09-June-2020 for US$2,50 sampled at my house here on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in Painter, Virginia on 13-June-2020, one last time.

12 oz can from the variety pack. Aroma is pineapple, bready, tangerine. Pours hazy pale golden with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is faintly bitter, lightly sweet with mild juicy hop flavor. Somewhat harsh carbonation and a little thin and watery. Crisp, clean and refreshing.

Sometimes you cruise with the inoffensive. I will do that tonight with Flyjack. This 12 oz can to me by way of The Cellar in nearby Odessa. Pouring into a bar glass with a handle, I determine a very light yellow body with a prodigious head finely bubbled foam. The scent is subtly pine and grass. I have a drink after the foam settles, slightly hoppy, some pine, lemon, water and grain. I think I could drink a hundred of these.

3 month old can A: Poured a small bubbly head that fell quickly atop a finely hazed pale yellow gold body. S: Muted honeysuckle, wafer cookie and light lemon-lime citrus. T: Citrus fruit, seltzer and apple notes with faint wood to finish. M: Flyweight and well carbonated with a lingering mineral finish. O: Not bad tasting despite some odd notes, but also nothing to make me want another.

On tap at The Galley. Pours a clear pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light papaya and earthy sweet citrus with a touch of light sweet grain underlying. Flavor has light mango and sweet citrus with a light straw and sweet grain backbone.
