Keg @ The Grove, Huddersfield. Deep amber with a thick head. Has a nice strawberry fruitiness within its identifiably Belgian style.

Keg @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Pours deep mahogany, small off-white head. Aroma is light caramel yeast. Taste is quite light, floral perfume, dark dried fruit and very faint Belgian yeast. Smooth and light, but just not as flavoursome or complex as I’d hoped.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear amber color, average sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste lightly malts, some sweetness, lightly herbs or spices, perhaps a hint of wood. Hard to describe. Bit weird, but an ok beer. Not really special though imo.

Keg at CBC SG - London. Pours unclear amber-brown with a tight, creamy tan head. The aroma holds lightly tangy berries, hubs of leather, some funk, phenols. Light to medium sweet flavor with decent poopy funk foundation, plum, mild berry tang, brown bread, more leather, very mellow earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth, with average carbonation. Nicely balanced in the finish with more berries, plum, light fig, saddle leather, dank hay, faint manure. Really good stuff overall. Good depth, lots of engaging characteristics, and it’s very drinkable.
