Rake. Cask. Clear gold beer, little white head. Smooth palate. Juicy hops, fruity and not too bitter. Resinous and floral. Tangerine and lesser sweetish grapefruit. Semi dry finish with a mellow hop linger. Very drinkable! And again at GBBF Day 1. Sweetish pale malt, touch of honey. Very nice hops - peach and orange, tropical fruits. Smooth finish. Very well integrated. Lovely sweet smooth tropical fruits.

Cask at the Rake - Borough Market, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a fine, creamy head. Aroma holds ripe citrus fruits, orange, marmalade, melon. Medium to big sweet flavor, lightly boozy, moderately bitter, lots of ripening citrus, lighter tropical fruits, mild esters, pine needles. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish, lightly resinous and sticky sweet, further marmalade-like jammy citrus fruits. Decent British-made DIPA.
