Nice light brown slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish, oak, dark malts, mild vinegar, grass, weeds, berry skin, dark berries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mild vinegar, dark berries, oak, grass, weeds, bark, dark sugar, sorrel, berry skin. Medium bitterness, slightly acidic mouthfeel. Nice.

A brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is acidic with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and vinegar, leading to a tarf finish.

Draft @ CBC 2015. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty sour woody weak licorice aroma. Slightly roasted malty sour caramel flavor. Has a slightly roasted malty sour woody finish.

Draught@CBC2015. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is fruity, some liquorice, sour wooden notes as well as some herbs. Flavour is tart and sour wood, liquorice, mild wooden notes as well as some ripe fruits. Surprisingly tasty and balanced.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Black with a decent tan covering. Nose is dark fruit balsams, funk, dank wood, straw, dark fruit rinds. Taste comprises wood must, tarte fruit, dates, cherry skin, vinegar streak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent dark sour.

Tap@CBC 2015, Red Session - pours dark brown verging black with a tan head. Sour fruity aroma and taste, acidic, some medium roasty malts, dark berry and dried fruits. Really liked this.

Draught at KØ15. Fruity and acetic sourness. Black colour. Good stable light brown head. The flavour is very sour, bites a little. Does not taste very black but it is really good.
