Standard bock beer. They don’t seem to have put a lot of effort in this one.

29th November 2010.
On tap at De Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam. Clear labelled ’Bock Ros 2010’ - new recipe? Clear brown - red beer. Good creamy tan head. Light soft palate. A little dry. Trace of minerals and then slightly burned toffee. Well integrated in some supressed orangey hop bitterness. Tiny trace of bubblegum sweetness in the finish. Fresh and nicely jioned up. Postscript: Did not notice any ginger in this at all!
