Appearance: hazy amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Tropical fruit, malt, citrus, citrus, oranges, sour, coriander, salt, yuzu.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Orange, lemon, cheap carbonated orange-flavor drink, a bit spicy, sourish, salty note.

Wee can. Cloudy golden, low white head. Tart Yuzu, citrus aroma. Medium to light dry body, light mineral/chalk notes, broad citrus, passion fruit fruity notes, good salt balance, very refreshing flavor. Nice.

18th September 2021 Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonated bite. Light malts provide a bare modicum of sweetness. Lol - bit like a newly budded flower in a force 9 gale of citric intensity. Big lime, fresh and inducing a little involuntary eye flicker, great lemon sherbet on its tailcoats. Yuzu tangerine lime brightness. The passion fruit comes to the fore on the back end. Light crisp finish. Fuck me, this is intense, drinks like a top Imperial Gose but with half the alcohol. There are many many brewers out there that should take a good gander at this Gose, and learn! Fab!

8-3-7-4-15 Can, #806, 17 months before bbd. Pours cloudy yellow, with a big creamy head slowly receding. Aroma is lactic notes with fruity notes of passion fruit, yuzu and musty stone fruits, as well as citrusy notes of lime, lemon, coriander, zesty spices and salty minerals. Creamy body, with average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with tart fruity notes of yuzu, lime and citrus, as well as passion fruit, musty stone fruits and salty notes. Dry finish. As juicy as it gets, with a velvety body and good drinkability.
