Brown color, light beige head with some retention. Aroma has notes of caramel and honey. Flavor is slightly sweet, toasty and with some alcoholic presence. Sweet final.

Bottle@ungstrups - Dark brown pour with beige head. Aroma and taste is sweet malty with some strange artificial honey and caramel sweetness, abit medicinal not my kind of mead.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Toasted, sweet and caramelish. Bitter and caramelish finish.

Bottled. A. brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, honey, andstraw. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, brett, and honey, leading to tart finish.

Color coca cola. Un dedo de espuma, que pronto desaparece dejando una pequeña parte, que esta sí, permanece. El aroma no es muy potente, licórico, malteado y miel. El sabor es realmente bueno, inicialmente miel, malteado, madera, caramelo, muy muy agradable. Complejidad. Perfecta de gas. Es una cerveza sorprendentemente buena. Por ponerle algún pero queda pelín floja de cuerpo, y quizás se echa en falta un poco más de amargor. Sorpresa en cualquier caso. Cerveza artesanal de gran calidad.

Bottle from II Feria de la Cerveza Artesana de Castilla y León, Lerma. A braggot styled mead. Lote 3/40, best before 16-5-2015. Dark amber ruby reddish coloured with a thin beige head. Noese is malty, honey, caramel malts, wood, wood polish. Flavour is caramel malts, and toasted malts, honey, honey sweetness, light alcoholic, wood polish again. Finish is fairly dry.

Bottle. Cloudy ruby red amber, off-white low lace. Fairly smoky aroma. Fruity light berry base, burned toast and light smoke, dust, wood and honey finish. Medium to light body. toast aftertaste.
