Bottle (Garching gerne gedankt!): Hazy, nut-brown coloured, medium-sized off-white head, sweet (dark-) caramelly-sugary nose, mild traces of roasted malt and even milder traces of yeast underneath; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied, pretty soft; slightly lingering sweet caramelly-toasty finish with both a delicate bitterness and acidity in the aftertaste. A bit on the sweet side, but extremely well drinkable. An unexpected gem from Your European Covid-hotspot...

Taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. redish / brown color, small pink head. smells ripe fruits, marzipan, banana, berry notes, some toffee. surprisingly lovely smell (this was when rather cold). full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, peppery, marzipan, light toffee, spices, bit nutty. finishes lightly bitter with notes of toffee, marzipan and light earthy notes. nice one, loved the smell, mouthfeel is a bit thin for a Weizen. but overall good stuff. liked this quite a bit better once it warmed up.

Bottle, drunk in Easter Sunday of Corona 20. Dark brown, small head for a weissbier. Great roasted malty biscuit nose. Molasses and a tinge of banana on the tongue. Chocolate malt slightly hoppy aftertaste. Not so traditional but I like it!

Bottle from Bierol, Austria, taking advantage of their new delivery service to Germany. Sat outside in the garden, Sunday 5th April 2020, listening to Pumarosa - Devastation and Snapped Ankles - Stunning Luxury. Pours hazy dark brown with an off white/light beige head, aroma is heavily banana, there is some light milk chocolate. Taste is chocolate, banana, a little chewy, some toffee, good.

Bottle. Hazy dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is black bread, wheat, dough. Taste is wheat, chocolate, black bread, mild esters. Silky mouthfeel with quite low carbonation for a Weizen. Tasty, although I am generally not a fan of the very dark Weizen styles.
