Tap. Yellow pour, white head. Nose is apples, sweet touch that's the combination of honey, cinnamon and perhaps some lactosey/vanilla notes too. Taste is quite sweet and shows apples mainly, but I guess the honey has got to be in there too. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation, drinks well below the ABV. Tasty and fun.

Tap at Goblet. Slightly hazy paaale yellow body, traces of a white head. Very light honey aroma with light touches of apples and spices. Sweetish, sugary lean taste, light honey, light cinnamon, slightly sugary finish but not cloying. Nice enough, fantastic drinkability for 10%, no alcohol in evidence.

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky yellow/orange pour, no head, no lacing. Nice on the nose, fermented apples, honey, mild fruity sour apple notes in the background. Nice. Medium body, soft carbonation. Chewy texture, soft mouthfeel, really nice on the palate. Sweet taste with very subtle fruit tart. Aroma of honey, fermented apples, hints of citrus. Subtle cinnamon notes. Nicely balanced, 10% ABV is hardly noticeable. Short lasting finish, sweet. Tasty.

Bottle from Beermalade. Pretty stong on the spices, creating an apple pie impression. The apple character is definitely of the dessert apple kind, rather than cider varieties. But maybe that is just because of all the sweetness, and cinnamon present. It is definitely quite sweet, but the honey character keeps rather simple, or maybe just hidden benath all those extra flavours. All in all pretty heavy, but tasty, good.

Cloudy yellow. Spicy nose, cardemom, vanilla on apple. Medium full body, sugary spicy, like baked apples covered in vanilla sugar with clove, cinnamon and cardemom. A bit less spiciness would have been better for me although I do like the flavor combination.
