Hazy golden. Aroma is crisp fruity fresh with some lime and mandarin also a little herbs. Taste is sour fresh with almost mealy base. Finish is a bit strange sweet apricot with less fresh sourness. Quite nice.

Bottle with the Ratebeer München group, at Jonas's, Garching, Tuesday 26th November 2019. Pours pale gold with a white head, yea this is another very good beer from Sainte Cruicienne. A good stab at a Saison, solid, throughout. Nice yeasty edge.

Slightly hazy, yellow Amber, great white wine ish nose with hints of sour. Flavor has some sour fruit, good acidity but not overwhelming, grapefruit and a bit of spice.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is biscuity, white pepper, mildly grassy. Taste is grassy, very peppery, buscuity, dry, peppery-grassy finish. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled, but champenoise carbonation. Very good!
