0,33 l bottle. BB 06/28 (really?). Cloudy golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Pale malty aroma, caramel, some soft citrus, floral. Taste is soft grainy, pale bready, caramel, present decent bitterness, floweresque elements. Below average carbonated. Easy to drink.

Bottle shared with Laura at hotel balcony in Crete, Greece. Purchased from a local store. Unclear kind of misty orange yellow color, medium to full sized white head that diminishes quite quickly. Again this seems like a a craft pilsner with much more flavor than a mass produced one even though I'm not sure whether this is a microbrewery at all. Nonetheless again this is a pils with quite a pleasant depth flavorwise, almost like you compare a standard sandwich (Dutch: witbrood) to a whole grain sandwich. Pleasant beer, definitely one to get I'd say.

Bottle, 5.4%. Very malty aroma, almost sugary. Cloudy dark golden colour. Ok stable white head. The flavour is malty and bready, almost vinous. Thin mouthfeel. Bready aftertaste.

330ml bottle from Foods n' Goods. Patchy white surface, clingy lacing, bright warm golden body. Quite inviting smell of grass-like hops and pale malts. Honeyed malt-fruity flavours with a subdued hint of spices. Has got a drying close with bittersweet hints. Medium bodied. Nice version of the style. (Hotel room, Chania 29.05.2023).

Bottle from the large two-story supermarket with a greek name I have no intention of trying to write in english, in herssonnisos. The place had a few international and a few greek craft beers, so far the widest selection i found in this city, which is totally craft-beer-dry compared to chania and rethymno and other larger places on crete i've been. Anyawys, hazy yellow, large offhite head 3. dry sawdusty aroma, like a good homemade pils, 6 flavor is somewhat flowery, balanced by german style pils malty/hoppy bitterness, the slight sweetness and floweryness adds some deptht to the flavor, but i think the bitterness is a bit too sharp and too little aromatic, leading to the beer going too far into bittersweet for my taste. if bittersweet does not bother you, this is a great pils, lots of taste and depth and character, still fairly well balanced. Some of the sweetness is more like belgian blonde than south european lager sweetness. flowers and honey.

Bottle shared at the Heraklion Granny Flat, bought from the brewery. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, weedy hops, citrus and malt. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with above moderate carbonation.
