Nissiopi is the first Blonde Ale of Lesvos. It is characterized by aromas and taste of barley and notes of citrus fruits. This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, refreshing beer with a full body that can meet even the most demanding palate. It has low bitterness and mild sweetness of malt with dry aftertaste.

Bottle, 5.5%. Weak Bready aroma. Almost clear light amber colour. The flavour is watery, fizzy. White bread and yeast. Sourish, caramelly finish.

Bottle shared at a tasting at troubles' place. Hazy golden. Fruity esters, yeast, a bit of phenolic spiciness, sweetish, light bitterness.
