Pyrolysis is a sour ale inspired by the sours of West Flanders. Made with caramelized sea buckthorn and fermented with Saccharomyces Bruxellensis Trois & Lactobacillus Delbrueckii.

16/III/21 - 44cl can @ ElManana’s Fourth Fire Basket Tasting, BB: 26/VI/21, canned: 26/VI/20 (2021-194) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the can!
Pretty clear dirty red brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, lactose, berries, floral touch, roses. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, some tannins, nice acidity, pretty bitter as well. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, dry, tannins, fruity, berries, nice stuff!

44cl can, BB 26/06/2021, sadly, this Danish brewery is now out of business.

Head gone in seconds over cognac-caramel coloured beer; no carbonation visible. Berries nose, wild fruit, hints @ caramel. Apples, caramel (and the combination of both, if without the customary cinnamon). Bit soggy to some, but it's just not disturbing to me, and the synthesis makes it original. Bit like an exotic liqueur, one might say. Seriously undercarbonated, flat if quite slick Some good points, some weaknesses.
