Pours a clear redamber. very small, yet stable foam formation, to boig of bubbles to be called a real 'head', but it's not dead flat either. Scent is intensely herbal fruityness, tannic red berries. Taste is tart, very dry and drying, tannic due to the berries, mild oak. Bit more fruity aroma as you get used to it after a few sips, but it remains quite harsh. Very low, next to no, carbonation.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque dark tomato juice colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of intense red berries, gentle funk, and a touch of acidity. Flavour is very jammy and gently funky, with jammy red berries, gentle funk, and minimal acidity. Intense berries, low acidity finish. Not the most complex 3F but it's solid.

Flaska från SB. Grumlig rödblå vätska, lite som en rödare blåbärssoppa. Frisk och syrlig doft med mycket lingon. Smakmässigt också mycket lingon eller kanske snarare tranbär. Har aldrig druckit en så tjock och grumlig lambic. Riktigt trevligt med lingon. Känns som en svensk lambic. Mycket gott

750 ml, bottled 25/02/19 Deep red, hazy body, with almost no head. Aroma of jammy berries, lots of wood, red apple. Tastes very dry, bitter, with unripe berries. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with little carbonation. Finishes dry, wooden, with unripe berries, fruit skin, red apple. Nice, while I was expecting more. The nose is really nice, with lovely berry and wood notes. The taste is too dry and bitter for my taste though, the lingonberries are very dominant. Quite interesting, but wouldn't drink again. 8 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 15

Blend 43 18/19. redish murky color, very small white head. smells berries, bit acidic, grassy, some 3f funk, very nice smell. medium body, pearly carbonation. tastes berries, citric, grassy, oaky, bitter berries, light jammy, some sead notes, pomegranate like bitterness, light oxidation. finishes bit dry and medium sour and also on the bitter side with notes of berries, pomegranate and some sead like notes.
