Intensive and mighty monster of the beer, naturally fermented to 20% ABV and matured in oak barrels.

I am what I am, and I do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything.

Is it beer? Perhaps, it’s fermented. Your mileage may vary.

Why? Pushing the yeast to the limits creates unique flavors. It’s hard for us to leave this space unexplored.

Is it really strong Belgian golden ale? Probably not, but it was starting point.

Anything else I need to know? It’s very potent beer. Best to enjoy like a port.

Bottle sampled at Den Haag bottle share at Brody’s. Clear dark golden with small off white head. Lots of sugary grains, alcohol, plums, apricot, rum, sherry, bitter herbs. Very very sweet, alcoholic bitter. Full bodied.

Bottle shared at The Hague Bottleshare July ‘18. Near clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of wood, booze, caramel, vanilla and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.

Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki. Hazy orange colour, no head. Rich vinous caramelly nose. Very sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Peppery with vodka and black currant. Some caramel. Burning peppery finish.

Tap@ cbh 2018. Poured deep golden color with no head. Raisiny nose, booze, plums. Warming with malts, booze, plums and raisins.

Sampled draft @ TCBW 2018. Dark orange, head disappears. Nose is way too alcoholic, varnish, glue. Taste is all harsh alcoholic sugar, all sugar, booze, caramel, low BE, harsh & hard to drink, pure booze, sugar, very crude, harsh, eh why?

Tap at TCBW 2018. Pours amber. Aroma is sweet, fruits, booze. Flavor is heavy sweet and heavy booze, some bitterness, fruits, malt. Overall: fun experiment, but not really drinkable.

Tap at TCBW 2018, Tallinn. Color is slightly cloudy orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Alcohol, booze, dry fruits, ripe fruits, sweetness and malts. Burning my throat. Very bad drinkability. Extreme beer. Some strange sugary berries in after taste.
