Our second DIPA release of the year is an absolute behemoth. Circadian Rhythm is named in homage to the streamlining of our brew plans, meaning the brew team are edging ever closer to getting their normal sleeping patterns back, after nearly two years of 6am starts and 8pm finishes. A beer absolutely lavished to the nines with an enormous hop bill of Citra, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic; a punchbowl of tropical fruits dance around the palate for a DIPA that is all about juice and low bitterness.

Can picked up from Hoptimism, Webshop, Loughborough Leicestershire and consumed at home after a cycle ride to Biergarten Schloßallee Haag am der Amper and back, Thursday 20th August 2020 listening to Marc Riley on 6Music. Pours hazy gold with a white. Tropical fruits aplenty, overipe, mushy tropical fruit, this really is full on in the mouth. A little pine resin and citrus on the nose backed up by citrus. Really good punchy DIPA, classy stuff this.

On tap at CBC, Covent Garden on 15th August 2020. Opaque yellow with shallow foam and spot lacing. Delicate aroma of fine herbs and citrus zest. Zesty citrus in-mouth with grapefruit juice and bitter peel. A finish retaining the aforesaid flavour foci. Smooth yet engaging mouthfeel and plenty of body. Exquisite.

Can at home, from onlinesville as England prepare to come to the crease in the 2nd ODI vs Ireland, canned on July 14 2020 so should be in its pomp on this August 1st 2020. Murky orange yellow with a decent cream cap that stays for the show. Nose is papaya, light weed, pine resin, orange pith, spruce, grapefruit zest. Taste comprises orange pith, raw pineapple, notable mineral bite, weed, papaya, pine resin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy come danko hop bitterness. Decent DIPA but lacks a touch of balance ... minerality just a touch on the high side.
