Old rating - A 330ml bottle, a gift from a friend who visited the Cayman Islands. A decent IPA, the best yet that I've tasted from this brewery. Different bottle of beer in my home No. 1931

Can thanks to MrsSHIG: Poured a caramel orange with a khaki creamy head. Aroma is hoppy, alcohol, fruity, candy. Taste is fruity, hoppy, citrus, starchy.

Shaker pint draft at The Brew Hut at the airport in Grand Cayman. The pour is dark golden copper with an egg white head. The aroma is grainy malt and somewhat harsh floral grass. The taste is rough - big shot of the grainy malt, harsh floral, bitter and an aftertaste that tastes off in a metallic way. The palate is medium bodied, lower carbonation and the metallic bitter finish.

Tukka on the Cayman Islands: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is sort of very meh... malty with week hoppiness... very low grade for an IPA and metal. Kind of bad but drinkable.
