Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Clapton Craft. Pours clear brown with a small, foamy khaki head. Very nicely rounded, moderate sweetness, soft roast, well toasted biscuits, nips of cocoa, earth. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish, notes of burnt biscuits, whole grain toast, soft roast and cocoa. Quite good.

Can at home, from Verdant online, 16/08/20. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is burnt toffee, light cocoa dusting, brown sugar, raisins, brown bread. Taste comprises fruit loaf, dusty hops, dried berries, biscuit, cocoa powder, brown bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid for the style ... nice subtle hop presence ... shades of CDA/lager hybrid going down.
