Lahev, 9.3% (dárek z Neratovíc, před karanténou!): Deep golden to copper coloured, hazy to cloudy, medium-sized creamy and lacy off-white head, moderate sweet-bitter honeyish and fruity nose, dry leafy hops underneath, woody traces hardly detectable; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied; sweet orangey-fruity finish with a balancing herbal-leafy aftertaste. Tap at Beergeek. Hazy dark amber body, reddish, lasting thick off white head. Oranges, almonds and biscuits in the aroma, impressive! Similar taste, orange rock candy and caramel made non-cloying liquid form, then bathed in orange juice, sweet, sugary but damn tasty. Unsure of the effect of the wood, but excellent stuff!

#2022; 5/2020. Version 2020: 9,3%, 65 IBU, 23°. Tropical fruits, juniper, red berries. Amber, hazy body, persistent, off-white head. Strong juniperus flavor, sweet, lemon. Interesting, gin-like beer. 0,2 l, draught, brewpub, Prague.

Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, rose orange colored. AROMA- decent, sweet, fruity, bubble gum, candies, alcohol, aromatic wood. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, warming, bubble gum, nice cedar wood tones, light spiciness. Full bodied, syrupy.

Bottle shared at tasting. Clear amber-brown colour. Aroma dried fruits, light apples. Taste is surprisingly simple, grassy, light medicinal, hoppy resiny. Not bad, but lacks both finesse and complexity.

Draught @ Beergeek Bar, Prague. Pours dark golden with a white head, some lacings. Aroma of malt, wood, caramel, light cedar, citrus, orange. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, wood, cedar, spice, sweet citrus, orangepeel, alcohol. Medium to full body, average carboantion, sweet finish with some warming alcohol. 240316
