Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, floral with overripe fruit and green apples. Pours clear golden color with rocky white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy with sauerkraut note, following is bready and grassy with cooked corn note, mouthfeel is crisp, while finish is average bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Promising, but spoilt…

Boca 0,5l - kupljena u Kauflandu Požega - možda i prvi put pijem Kolsch, barem nazivno da je etiketiran, puno toga u okusu vuče na kukuruz šećerac

Bottle, 500 ml at Goblet, Zagreb. Almost clear golden with small white head. Heavy dms, lots of corn in flavor and aroma. Light bodied, big malty. Bitterish. Off flavor showcase. Reminded me of water from canned corn.

Bottled sample from the brewery, thanks Krešo. Clear golden, small white head, sparkling. Intense floral, bready and honey aroma with hints of stone fruit, dried apricot, red apple, a touch of green apple. After awhile, there is cooked vegetable aroma, beetroot, carrot. Not unpleasant. Flavour softens out towards bread with honey with a nice herbal touch and vegetal presence still. Minimal bitterness, some sweetness prevails in the finish. Very soft texture, moderate carbonation, light finish. A good beer interesting, not perfectly clear, hitting the style pretty nicely.

Tap at X. Golden body, pale, very clear, small white head, quite lasting. Soft, subtle aroma, white grapes from the hops, nothing else. Interestingly sweetish lean taste, empty as it should be, bar a vague earthy touch and light bitterness. Not too sure abot the maltiness here, otherwise okay.

On tap @Medina Škrinja, Varaždin. Clear golden pour, thin soapy white layer on top. Solid lacing as it goes down. Nice on the nose, clean and fresh, grassy, dusty, hay. Citrus notes, slight tart. Light body, soft to medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft on the palate, easily drinkable. Grassy bittersweet taste with slight fruit tart in the background. Aroma of grass, hay, herbs and spices. Wheat, dusty, mild herbal spiciness. Grassy hop bitterness, hints of citruses in the background. Long lasting finish, dry and bitter, lingering herbal aftertaste. Refreshing.
