Vein is a brand new Pilsner step-mashed with floor-malted barley and hopped with Saaz and Tettnang. We then spunded the tank for natural, tiny-bubble carbonation and allowed it to lager for 8 weeks. Crispy, hoppy, and thirst-quenching.

Keg at The Veil taproom, Norfolk VA, 13/04/23. Light golden with a good sized just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is pale malts, herb, straw, grains, light citric dusting. Taste comprises grass, herb, light white peppery spice, bready, pale malts, mellow hop, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent crisp clean pils.

Pint can shared with El Birrot crew for the X-mas tasting in Jafre. Via trade, thanks Arturo. Canned 06/17/2021.

Can shared. Thanks Jon! Pours a clear glowing, straw gold color with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely grain and light malt focused nose with slight hay and mineral notes as it warms. Dry and crisp on the palate. Some light honey and grain notes. Overall very crushable, with a lingering mineral and peppery hop note on the finish. Very refreshing.
