Pinkus Jubilate ist ein dunkles, obergäriges Vollbier. Gebraut wird Pinkus Jubilate aus feinem Gersten- und Weizenbraumalz aus kontrolliertem Bioland-Anbau. Der Hopfen stammt aus biologisch bewirtschafteten Hopfengärten in Hersbruck und in der Hallertau. Nach einem sorgfältigen Brauverfahren unter Verwendung erstklassigen Brauwassers reift Pinkus Jubilate während einer langen und kalten Lagerzeit in den Kellern der Brauerei in Ruhe zu einem milden und feinwürzigen Bier heran. Anschließend wird das Bier schonend gefiltert und in Mehrwegflaschen und Fässer abgefüllt.

Strong yoghurtaroma. Yoghurt and fresh cheese flavors with cofee and some orange sourness. Disappointing beer, not well balanced. (6 4 4 2 8 = 2.4) Re-rate: the 2002 bottle must have been off. This one (from MiP) was much better. Malty aroma with touches of caramel and chocolate. Malty sweet flavor with caramel and creamy chocolate. medium bodied. Some hops showing up in the aftertaste. Very drinkable, well made beer.

26.06.2019 -- 0.5l bottle from rewe in münster, bb 05.2020. pours a clear deep amber with a steady dense off-white head. aroma of caramel malts, baked apples, nuts. flavour of caramel malts, baked apples, plums, a hint of chocolate. ok.

0.33 l bottle at 5.3% abv, best before April 2018. Clear, dark brownish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, a little roasty aroma of caramel, nuts and some honey. Quite sweet, malty, a little roasty taste of caramel, honey and nuts, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly roasty and a little grassy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottled. Clear pale amber, small head. Bready fruity nose. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Dough and grass. Mid bitter finish.
