0.5l bottle. Clear pale golden, white head. Aroma of bready malt, grassy hops. Taste is light sweet, grainy, bready malts, light grassy/herbal, crisp and clean. Light body and soft carbonation. Really nice lager.

Bottle at Local fair. Golden color big whIte head. Aroma of grainy malts and biscuits with straw. classic lagery helles, mild taste medium body average carbonation.

On tap at Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma: bready malts, herbal, grassy hop. Taste: light sweet, herbal, lemon, grainy, grassy. Light body, average carb, semi dry close. Pretty decent.

Bottle at Bierschenke. A subdued pour with little carbonation. A very rich and malty taste, with no real hops and a very smooth mouthfeel. Just like so many other German beers………

Fresh bread. Ciabatta. Lemon. Yeast esters. Cut grass. Dew. Taste is watermelon, grapefruit, soft dough. Low bitterness. Long-lasting fruity finish of grapefruit and lemon with just a pinch of lime
