Bottle shared at the chriso Easter 2015 tasting - London. Big thanks to Countryman, aka Daniel. Pours clear amber with a frothy off-white head. The nose is a little papery, with nips of caramel and berries. Medium sweet flavor with more paper, light chili, dry caramel, bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with more toasted bread. Eh, OK.

Bottle at Ethiopian restaurant. Light copper color. Its like pukey poor lagered malts. No hops. But its cold and carbonated. Sweet caramel notes.

Nawet ciekawe piwo z Ethiopi. Niezbyt nachalny cukier i karmel, pianka zadowalajaca lekko bezowa i kremowa, trwala nawet. kolor dosc ciemnawy, piwo przypominalo klasycznego dunkela. Udany wyrob jak na egzotyke z Afryki.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured a slightly cloudy/dull amber brown colour with a small off white head. Aroma is of light malt, and some fruitiness. Quite sweet, light bitterness coming through in finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation. OK.

330ml bottle. Clear and amber with a fizzy white head. Toffee aroma which carries over to the taste. Harsh alcohol back taste. Ok

ChrisOs Easter Tasting. Lightly hazy amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Papery caramel malts. Light finish. More paper. Meh.

Bottle split at Chriso Easter tasting, thanks to Daniel, 04/04/15. Orange amber with a moderate off white covering/swirl. Nose is brown bread, caramel, paper, sweet ntoes, dark fruits. Taste comprises paper, slightly washed out feeling, light fruit, sugar cane. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so affair, little depth or balance, overly sweet and watery. Had worse country ticks mind, better than the bulk from the pale lager camp!
