The Cotta 74 recipe is inspired by abbey beers, combining tradition and innovation. Distinguished by the use of Italian lentil and the wise selection of roasted and roasted malts, it has an intense brown color, fine and compact foam and a decisive and original character. The aroma of caramel and ripe fruit enhances its full and balanced body, the warm notes of dark chocolate and the complex aftertaste make it elegant and persistent.

Bottle at the Viila Market Ambasssador, Bangkok. Poured a murky medium brown with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, sweet malt, floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a dry, mineral, yeasty, floral medicinal hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle shared by Deanso @ The Hague Tasting. Very hazy autumnal reddish brown color, small tan head. Aroma is quite sweet, dark fruits like raisins but also a hint of apple. Taste is lightly malty, some caramel, a hint of pepper in the throat, sweetness. Decent body and carbonation.
