Our craft beer making, using the ‘infusion’ method enables gentle extraction of the aroma of the malts. Hopping enables the development of light bitterness and gives the beer its delicate perfume. AB certified, the origins of its raw materials and creation are monitored by ECOCERT (FR-BIO-01).

Botella de 65 cl. Dorada clara un dedo de espuma.aroma a cereal. En boca muy suave y con sabor cereal. Nada amarga. Primera cerveza biológica francesa. Eso es lo único que aporta. Bebible sin más.

Bottle from Bio City, Nice. Pale golden lager, and very much an ordinary lager. There’s not much to distinguish it as an organic beer from the norm. No head.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grains, lightly straw, lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Meh.

Bottle @ benzai. Clear golden colour with a medium sized white head. Smells malts, grains, slightly cardboard. Tastes sweet, malts, slightly old. Could use a little bit more crispness. Thin body, soft carbo.

Zero aroma, almost no head. Watery. Was not worth the £5 price tag for a 330ml bottle.

Appearance: Light golden, clear. Nice amount of half-inch white head, long lasting. Looks very appealing, at least compared to the previous beer I had...
Aroma: Malt, sweetness. Any hops in there?
Taste: Sweet malt, slight hops, but not much. Lacks bitterness, not that I wanted an IPA or anything.
Bought: Saveur-Biere.com, 330 ml, €2.60
Info: 1/8-2014, 57/300M, BB: 4/5-2015

Bottle courtesy of sic1314. Poured a clear light straw with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast light malt. The flavour is light biter with a bubbly malt palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation.
