Bottled (from AbM). Amber colour, mediumsized beige head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is floral notes along with a quite strong caramel and bready maltiness to it. Flavour is very nicely malty along with a quite strong floral and a bit citric hopping. Very pleasant, especially as it warms up a few degrees from being fridge cold.

Cask, gravity at The Grapes, Sunday 1st December 2013 whilst watching Mabel Gubbins (Morris Rapper side) and their entourage of 6-7 other sides dance in this and other pubs. Dark amber in colour with off-white head, fruity, hoppy bitter, good clarity, looks good, but we had one of the last pours of this as it was very near the end. Tasty and my favourite of the day, that said it was a little warm and clearly not quite as fresh as when Glen had it on Friday, still held up well though. A6 A5 T7 P4 Ov13 3.5

500ml bottle. Cloudy reddish amber colour with almost no head, just an off-white layer. Fruity aroma has notes of strawberry and other red berries, citrusy hoppy overtones, caramel malty basis. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, fruity notes of strawberry and other red berries, some fruit acid, minimally herbal, dry hoppy overtones; flat carbonation. Nice flavours but somewhat insipid.

On tap at the Euston Tap. Clear amber beer, short white head. Light dry palate. Mild minerals. Nice hops, sweetish orange marmalade. Mild bitterness kicks in briefly. A little red berry fruits underneath. Finishes dry with medium bitter linger.
