Made from Tori Cidery´s orchard winter apples. Amber-colored, glossy, and creamy cider with a rich aroma featuring notes of overripe apples, caramel, toffee, vanilla, and toasted almonds. On the mid-palate, the richness is balanced by a bright acidity. Fermented from apple juice concentrated in the Estonian cold and aged for 18 months in French oak Calvados barrels.
Crafted using a method similar to the Solera system. Excellent as a digestif or paired with blue cheese, rich creamy desserts, chocolate, or Tosca cake.
Best enjoyed chilled, between +6°C and +8°C.

Aroma: sweet, a bit perfumy (but pleasant), some apple seeds.
Taste: along the same lines, a bit astringent, very sweet, bakery notes.
Overall: nice and unique.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma has some toffee apple, some faint yeastiness, and a touch of brown sugar. Flavour has plenty of stewed apples, brown sugar, and a touch of apple core. Finishes on notes of apple pie, toffee and stewed apples. Definitely not a top-tier ice cider, but it’s well-made.

375mL bottle. Pours clear gold. Slightly earthy fermented apple skins on the nose; light nuts. Flavour is richer with caramelized apple skins, slightly floral, light booziness on the finish. Not the most refined ice cider, but still decent.

Pours clear, darker blonde. Smell is full, applesauce, mild alcohol. mineral. Alcohol builds up. Turns a bit boozy, even. Taste is full, sweet, intense, applesauce. less boozy here. Pretty standard, yet always appreciated Ice Cider.
