Can. A clear one, golden in color and with a white head. Weak nose with alcohol, fruityness and some dried apricots. Full-bodied and warming on the palate, with flavors of pale malts, dried apricots, generic fruityness and some alcohol. There must be a market for beers like this, but I can’t understand how that market exists. Not filled with off-flavors like some of these beers, but still not very good. 111105

50cl can picked up in Hastings. Poured amber with a thin white head and medium carbonation; sweet malt aroma; soft in the mouth with a medium body, and easy to drink with a light malty flavour; lacking finish, but with no obvious alcohol or unpleasantness. This is actually rather good for a strong lager.

It started off looking like a beer, but that didn’t last long. Dull strawish colour with no head. Smells like plastic. Plasticy taste with some fruity notes. Cloying alcoholic finish. Sink.
