Bière de style IPA. Robe ambrée, mousse stable, fine et persistante. Nez un peu désagréable, tirant sur la pils, pas très expressif. En bouche, attaque franche, bien houblonnée, avec des notes résineuses et maltées. Peu de fruits exotiques ici, mais une amertume nette qui s’impose jusqu’en finale. Corps moyen, texture équilibrée. Une IPA simple, correcte, sans fioritures.

750ml bottle, 5.5%, from the Norman market visiting Jersey. Pours a very lively, amber with an off white head once settled down. Aromas & tastes of citrus, resinous & malt. Medium body. Moderate bitter finish.

Bottle from C‘2 Normandie Dieppe. Amber with a mid sized persistent white head. Dry and hoppy background with resiny and very shy fruity hints.

Bottle. Color: Hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma: Grassy en bit citrus hopbitterness. Taste: Nice grassy, floral and subtle citrus hopbitterness wiith malty, sweetish and light caramel background. Medium bitterness. Moderate to over moderate sweet. Medium body, average carbonation. Long lasting bitter finish. Ok. An IPA Englosh style with straightforward bitterness.
