Aus der Flasche (bbe 04-2024) im 2021-05 getrunken. Dieses Sour Ale kommt mit einer trüb orange-goldenen Färbung daher. Die erfrischende, fruchtige Säure ist sehr gut balanciert und macht dieses Ale mit seinen kräftigen Körper zu einen tollen Begleiter an den warmen Tagen im Jahr.

Baaaardzo owocowe (pomieszane te owocki, winogrona i jasne najbardziej + wisnie) w odbiorze, malo dzikie, nieco winne, kapke octowe ale nieprzeszkadzajaco, zaskakujaco pelne, sporo slodyczy, kwasnosc srednia. Ciekawe, niecodzienne ale bardzo smaczne

Bottle. Light gusher. Color: Hazy orange amber, dense off-white head. Aroma: Tart, fruity, vinuous. Taste: Moderate to over moderate sweet and tart, fruity notes of grapes, hints of berries, malty, sweetish light hints of 'boterbabbelaars' (Dutch candy, made of butter, sugar, vinegar and water and a little bit of salt) towards and at the finish. Vinuous notes. Very light bitterness. Wood notes. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Quite smooth. Well balanced. Medium body, low carbonation. Nice one.
