This wild blond ale was macerated with muscaris grape skins, after which the beer was aged on fresh oak for 1 year. This beer did not ferment in the bottle, because it is meant to be a crossover between beer and wine and should therefore be still.

At Wild Festival Groningen, 10cl from bottle. Color: Hazy golden, no head. Aroma: White grapes, tart. Taste: Bitter, tart, grape-peel. Strong wood flavors. A lot of tannins, I most probably haven't had any other beer before with such an astringent mouthfeel. No carbonation, flat. Nice one.
