Dark brown beer with a reddish sheen; good dark yellow-cream head. Dry, dark sugar, liquorice, dark leaves, dry wood. Sweet-ish, yet a dry impression and ditto finish. Dark candi sugar, liquorice reappearing. Feels fuller than it is, just the finish giving away the true light body. Very well-carbonated, quite slick to sticky. Difficult beer to place, giving an impression as if not quite reaching the intended profile. Thanks to Stef!

Bottle, 75 cl, high pressure inside the bottle, but no gusher. Color: Murky brown, beige head. Aroma: Dark malt, notes of caramel and coffee. Taste: Complex mix of subtle dark caramel malt, dark dried fruit, coffee, brown bread, hints of liquorice and light hints of funk and leather. Bit grassy and earthy. Medium to over medium body, below average carbonation. No pronounced flavors, no special features but 'just' a very good beer with great complexity and balance. Just relax, take your time to enjoy all flavors. You can almost taste the artisanal way this beer is made and the time and effort the brewers put into it. I love it. Bottled. A hazy brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of nuts, caramel, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, citrus fruits, malt, and dried fruits, leading to a bitter finish.
