Hoppy, bitter & citrusy as an I.P.A.. But refreshingly easy-drinking. A nod to our American cousins. Characteristic citrus flavour, mellowed by malt to produce a clean, crisp, zesty and highly sessional beer.

Bière 33 cl achetée dans un magasin de déstockage type Noz ou Idstock, je ne sais plus. Évidemment son prix m'a attirée (moins de 1€) puisque c'était du déstockage, mais je trouvais aussi l'étiquette et les saveur annoncées sympa même si je ne m'attendais pas à grand-chose de génial. Au nez, on retrouve bien les notes d'agrumes fraîches assez typiques des pale ale, c'est très parfumé et frais, je l'ai appréciée en terrasse par une belle après-midi chaude et franchement, je l'ai trouvé très bien, assez parfumée par rapport à son faible degré d'alcool. À ce prix là ça aurait été dommage de se priver ! (M)

Grapefruit nose. Clear pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma pale malt, grapefruit, lemon, herbal hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grapefruit, orange peel, herbal notes, pine resin. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, bit thin mouthfeel, dry but fruity bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, herbal notes, refreshing, nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before June 2021. Clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, slightly floral aroma of grapefruit, lemon peel and pineapple. Quite dry, gently bitter, rather fruity and slightly floral taste of grapefruit, lemon peel, pineapple and hints of grains, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry and a bit grassy finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Simple but delivers, quite refreshing and easily drinkable. Nice.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden color, almost clear, white foam. Aroma: citrus, orange, grapefruit. Taste: light, watery, grapefruit, lemon, light sourness, medium bitterness.

Look: foggy gold with a large white frothy head. Good retention. Nose: spicy and herbal hop, clean malt. Taste: dryish, hoppy. Picture of German noble hop. Herbal, only a shade of grapefruit. Clean malt. Light to medium bitterness. Overall: drinkable, unimpressive
