New England Pale Ale. Celebrating 10 years Ilkley Brewery. Plenty of tropical goodness from start to finish, showing that the New England style suits cask just as well as keg. Making beer great again…

(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London, 25 July 2019) Amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with apricots, orange peel and resin. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, apricots, orange peel, resin and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Live rate ... Cask at Cellar Chester .. Blonde, light haze, white head ... sweet citrus nose, grapefruit, orange ... taste is very fruity, soft grapefruit, soft orange, very light hooter hops, sweet smooth pale malt, very soft bitter zest in linger ... Palate is medium body, smooth, quite sweet ... finish of soft sweet citrus ... Overall - tasty juicy fruity beer, maybe a bit over sweet, but really nice... love the name ... CNN IS FAKE NEWS

Cask @ Lamb & Flag, Leeds. Amber with a creamy head. A fruity effort with orange grapefruit citrus evident, providing a bitterness to its finish.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Citrus hoppy. Unfined. Hazy orange gold colour. I thought decent citrus. Not sure why it's Unfined. But it's decent if a little full in mouth. Good.
