Flaska från SB. Klar mörkt bärnstensfärgad vätska med lågt krämigt skum. Doft och smak av nötter, säd, mjöligt bröd, pepprig tåg, gräs och distinkt maskrosbeska. Välgjord klassisk best bitter. Gott

Bottle from Systembolaget. Clear amber with a medium tan head. Malt, caramel, toasted notes, some nuts and grass. Quite dry finish.

Cask (O'Neill's, Uppsala) - Dark brown with orange tinges. Chestnuts, chocolate and berries in the aroma. Malty and fruity taste with berries, blackcurrant, chocolate and raisins.

Cask half at The Magnet, Stockport. Pours clear dark brown with a cream head. Aroma: caramel, malt, light fruit & cookies. Taste: light to moderate sweet & moderate bitter, caramel, biscuits, a little grain, hedgerow fruits. Medium body with soft carbonation. Twiggy

Foamy off white head left a creamy cover on a reddish brown still body. Malt, chocolate & spiced fruit aroma. Medium bodied, lively with a thinner sharp back. Malt, caramel, chocolate & fruity tastes with lightly hopped bitter finish. Excellent.

Appearance is mahogany, with a small beige head. Aroma is nutty malt, raisin, dark fruit, caramel, biscuity malt. Taste is malty, nutty, toffee, dark fruits, bit of juiciness, soft bitter malt. Very good bitter.

Dark brown, small off-white head, not much retention. Aroma of big malts, stone fruits, raisons, some caramel. Taste is raisins, malts, nuts, a hint of lighter fruits. Moderate body and soft carbonation. Very nice.

Lockdown take-out cask from the Southampton Arms, London on 27th May 2020. Dark copper with virtually no foam or lace. Caramel malt aroma. Very malty in-mouth with hints of hazelnut, and a bitter finish. Slightly flat mouthfeel and a light body.

Tap@BA Bellmansgatan Sthlm. Mörkt bärnstensfärgad vätska med fingerhögt äggskalsfärgat skum. Brödig arom med lätt blommig antydan. Maltig i smaken med skjuts av aska. Mjuk och gräddig munkänsla. Obefintlig eftersmak.
