Fragacea sees us hurl frantic volumes of strawberry and pineapple, with a healthy dose of lime, at a thick oat and wheat heavy malt bill that's been soured with Lactobacillus. The result is certainly puckering, with layers of sweet, gooey strawberry upfront, tart, pithy pineapple in the middle, and a sharp spike of lime to finish off this vibrant experience.

Hazy golden orange with some floaters and an off white head. Aroma of strawberry, lime, big lactic notes and pineapple. Flavour is above moderate citric sour. Medium bodied witr soft carbonation. One of many where the strawberry really doesn’t come out in a good way, particularly with the harsh citric sourness.

Can from Steel Tank, Chandler's Ford. Sweet aroma of strawberry, tempered by pineapple and lime. With darkness. Hazy amber orange - marmalade-esque. Frothy white head soon recedes. Sour but subtly so. Almost Hari-bo. Juice from the fruit. Tangy to its roots. Light bodied. Slick, a touch oily. Low key fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish, some astringency. Yummer.
