Bright gold with a large foamy white head. Tart lime, cucumber and a hint of salt. Long finish. Medium body.

Smell is a little off and metallic. Green can pours almost clear pale yellow. Taste is definitely cucumber something, yet backed with a tart backbone. Cucumber is not artificial and this stuff comes across like something you just picked fresh out your garden. Well balanced with perhaps some salt and the cucumber doesn't really start getting on your nerves until you get to the finish. Easy clean fun for a one night stand. Unique.

Sour gose aroma with cucumber. Taste is salty, sour, and cucumber at the finish. Better than other cucumber goses I have tried. Closer to a melon than cucumber. Not as good watermelon gose, but better than other cucumber goses I’ve tried.

12 oz can purchased as a single at Tipsys in Mission, Kansas. The pour is clear yellow golden with carbonation bubbles building up a fluffy, lasting 1 ½ inch white head. The aroma is fresh cucumber, touch of pickle sour and hint of wheat grain. The taste has quite a bit of the cucumber flavor, fresh vegetable along with a muted tart sour towards the back. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation and the tart finish carries the finish. Fun concept, well executed.

Cucumber nose, much stronger than expected. Shimmering golden, medium head. Tart lemon, buscuit on the back end. Light body. easy carbonation.
