Bottle split at the Grand Reunion Tasting at MM, Thanks to Dave, 20/05/21. Lightly hazed cherry red with a decent crimson covering. Nose is dusty berries, funk, farmyard tones, grass. Taste comprises light brett, dried berry fruits, lactic tang, oak, hay bale, funk, dark berry yoghurt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a twist of acidity. Another solid well balanced sour from CW.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a maroon with a white head. Aroma is funky fruity, oaky, berry, vinous. Taste is tart lip puckering fruit, grapey, wine like, berries, jammy, oaky, finishes tingly.

Bottle shared with the gang. Pours hazy red pink within off white head. Aroma is funky jammy fruits funk. Taste is sharp red berries, funk. Good fresh sour. Decent stuff.

Bottle shared at Colin's place. Many thanks to Wingman for this one. A plummy purple coloured pour with a halo of white head.. Aroma is tart berry fruits, acai, yogurt, raspberry.. Flavour is composed of tart Berry fruits, tangy, 848417 Bottle at home from CW online. A light hazed deep plummy red pink coloured pour with a small whispy pink head. Aroma is intense red berries, cranberry, tart jammy fruits, twist of lime, mellow funk. Flavour is super sour puckering red berries, blackcurrant, cranberries, underripe elderberries, light peppercorn, pithy yogurt, vinous red wine. Palate is super tart, some prickly acidity, highgish carbonation. Very tasty indeed.

Bottle. CW online. Faint haze on a deep ruby red. Thin and dense ring of pink. Nose has Ribena. Hedgerow berry. Bright citrus. Light funk. Wine barrel. Touch of lemony brett. Glorious. Taste ticks the lot. Sweet and salty, sour, and a little bitter. Great depth. Bright and juicy on the palate. Fine and crisp carbonation. Very moreish. Juicy and tart fruit to finish. Low acidity throughout. Nailed it.
