Leap of Faith is a hazy New England Style DIPA (8.5% ABV). The hop blend for the double dryhop in this hoppy beast consists of the modern classic blend of Citra, Mosaic & Galaxy. This creates tropical and citrus aromas and flavors. We used a big dose of oats, for the silky smooth mouthfeel that we like to have in our IPA's. We fermented the beer with our favorite New England yeast.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is fruity hop with citrus, oats, orange, mango, tropical fruits. Flavour is sweetish with a moderate to medium bitterness. Body is medium. Easy, but not very outspoken and a far cry from Northern Lights.

440ml can from Sophie's Beer Store. Drank at home on 1st Mat 2021. Pours a cloudy orange body, full of floating sediment which took an age to settle down onto the base of the glass. A large white head sat on top. Serious amount of tropical fruitiness in both the nose and taste. More sweet than bitter or sour, really enjoyed it.

Can. Light haze on this gold beer, yes just a light haze but brewer says this NE. What a load of old pony this style split is. Tiny pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, sweet enough although thin, but that suits this particular beer. It's clean and crisp despite the NE style subjective bollox. Just a whisper of grain. Hops bring a nice crisp pine with a generic but bright citrus. A mild savoury background is a nice contrast. Hop spice comes through on the end, just a mild nibble but it enhances this crisp and quaffable dipa. Another fairly clean dipa, had a few recently. Hope this is the end of the yeast fest craze.

Dit is wel een fraaie. Gaat een beetje richting de Heady Topper en dat is geen belediging.

Can at home. Opaque unclear yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, tropical fruity notes, dank and juicy hop notes. Over medium sweet (well said Maakun) with some berry notes perhaps, now you mention it.
Not a lot of bitterness but perhaps a bit. Alright.
