Cask at Cock Tavern. Clear orange golden color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, nicely some hops in there hidden away a bit, lightly fruity as well with a light bitterness. Average body and carbonation.

Cask at the Cock, 12/06/14. Clear golden with a well appointed off white covering. Nose is candied sugars, caramel, red grapefruit, orange pith, biscuit tones, pine rinse, light peach. Taste comprises juicy hops, caramel malt, candied orange peel, hint of biscuit, light mineral pangs. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, hop biterness in the close. Ok APA, more akin to a hoppy amber than an APA, not the best in this series for me.

Cask at the Cock. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The nose us fresh, tangerine, apricot. Nectarines yoghurt, candy and sugar. The taste is bitter-sweet, floral, orange peel, grapefruit, minerals, mild astringency and pine needles with a dry, bitter finish. Light-medium body, low carbonation and slightly sticky mouth-feel. Decent.
