This is the second beer in our DDH Single Hop Series. We love making single hop beers, as they are incredibly fun for the brewers to experiment with: like a chef with one ingredient, finding out all the delicious ways it can be expressed.
But it also is perfect for the drinker to start getting an understanding of the hops, and what they give to each beer, what they might like and not like when it comes to hop varieties.

Can from the monthly club. Medium orange hazy with a moderate head. Pine weed citrus nose, a bit oniony. Nice fruity dank flavor, slightly tropical bit not overwhelming. Otherwise well balanced and very clean, smooth bitterness. Indeed, I love Mosaic and this does showcase it 100 percent!

Can picked up at Irma Valby and shared at home (08/05/2021) - hazed up orange to amber with a white head. Fruity with notes of tangerine, papaya, grapefruit, touch of blueberry, floral herbal hoppy accents, sweet malty backing, piney resinous light bitter balanced hoppy close. Alright.

Can, 6.8%. Sweetish, hoppy, spicy aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric with orange or tangerine notes. Hint of sweetness in the finish.

To Øl Stereo Mono Mosaic Can picked up from Biervana, Munich and consumed at home Sunday 18th April 2021 listening to Dry Cleaning - New Long Leg and cooking Moussaka. Pours murky gold with a white head, boring, boring, boring..... so it's another hazy NEIPA, I don't dislike it but its just joining a long line of identical beers, hoppy, a little juicy, a little harsh. Ok. Had this again Can from Loz's To Øl Advent Calendar, had this today Thursday 9th December 2021 listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6Music we have Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas for tea tonight. Pours murky yellowy gold with a white head. Okay I was far too harsh previously, this is a very decent NEIPA. Nicely balanced, juicy, sweet but with a big hoppiness, good

440ml can. Sweetish, ripe tropical fruity and petroly with some leathery notes, fruits, grapefruit, pine and grass. Decent, not super fresh.
