Bottle. Aroma of apple sweetness, oak, bit of vinegar. Deep reddish golden-amber with lace. Quite effervescent at first. Crisp, bitter flavor, touch of tartness and sweetness, funky, oaky edge. Perfect carbonation is light but persistent. Quite wonderful. Slight puckery feeling in the mouth lasts a long time.

330ml bottle shared with Soph. Pours a generally clear caramel amber. Aroma of caramelised fruit, coarse wood, light sulphur. Taste presents a nice woodiness, pleasant wild notes, very distant varnish with gentle tannins on the close, fine carbonation. A bit unusual but good stuff overall.

Clear amber-ish with small white ringhead. Dry cider, cow’s wet asshole🐮, super dry wood, applestems, oak, tanninbomb to the max. Insanely dry. I feel turned inside out, amazing. 🪵

Bottle shared. Clear deep golden with a ring if white foam. Deep barnyard funk, dry apple peel, woody, fruit peel, cow sweat. Massive barnyard with soft fruit. Like licking a wooden cow. Light sweet, under medium bitter. Medium bodied, BONE and BONE dry. 'Some' residual sweetness, haha, funny. Quite OK but not to drink a lot of it.
