As the nights draw in and the air becomes cool and crisp, and foliage explodes in beautiful bursts of red, yellow and brown, we offer up this humble Amber Ale.
Combining a smooth body, sweet malt profile and fragrant hop flavours, this beer is finely balanced, lightly roasted, and wonderfully flavoursome!

Can. Deep amber colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel, some mild biscuity and toasted notes with mild wood, berries and some floral tones. Flavour is pretty much following the pattern of the aroma. Quite a pleasant brew, though nothing mindblowing.

17-11-20 // 440ml can. Stylewise this is great. Yes an amber sweetish body with toffee caramel touches, light sweeter bread but all topped by a hoppy aroma from the Nz Cascade. Smooth.

Can. Clear amber with big fluffy beige head. Caramel malts, bread crust, soft dank weedy hops, pecan nuts, zesty, earthy dark malts. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit oily feel. Good beer, but i dont see how this is a showcase for specific hops.

440ml can from Pien shop, Helsinki. Poured amber in color with a thin white head. Malty with some caramel and toffee notes in aroma. Quite good drinkability, light hops, malts and toffee notes.

Can courtesy of SimonTomlinson via the RB EU 2019-3 trade. Nice looking beer. Frothy to creamy head. Sticky lacing. Hoppy aroma for an amber—full of berries and tangerines. Caramel and mild nuttiness. Taste is very mildly bitter with a touch of sourness at the end. Pleasant, easy drinking.

Can 440ml (Pien)
Dark amber colour, steady small off-white head and lace. Caramel, light berries and malts in the nose. Light-bodied, gives quite watery impression. Caramalts, light earthy hops, even a bit minty. Not mindblowing and price/quality-ratio is not the best. Probably the best with some food.

16 oz can from Colin. Dark amber, skin of head. Aroma is light roasty grains. Taste also brings more roast. Very subtle. Dunkel?

16oz can thanks to stevoj pours out crisp clean amber topped with a sand head. Nose roast malts nutty touch and some grassy hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts toast nuts and a touch of grass.
