A high fermentation beer, Jenlain Ambrée is one of the first specialty beers in France and is been brewed since 1922. It owes its success to its inimitable taste stronger than all fashions. Its copper color, its aromas of cooked fruit and caramel make it a beer widely recognized for tasting but also a perfect ally for cooking.

light brown amber - medium head. Aroma of caramel and hints of juniper. Taste a bit like a heath smells and looks...Enjoy it slowly and almost at room temp.

Relatively dark beer with a fairly long lasting head for a beer of this style. The aroma has touches of aniseed, but the flavour is relatively standard. A slightly winey, sweet beer.

RESAMPLE: Gorgeous reddish-copper w/perfect head; starts creamy, some firm maltiness, hints of tin, simplistic vienna malt character.
