MBCC 2022 Yellow session. Poured a clear dark brown colour with little life. The aroma is roasty malt, big spicy cinnamon. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, slightly oily, roasty, light floral, cinnamon palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

MBCC. Black with a brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, cinnamon and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Chunky mouthfeel. 130522

Tap. Muddled dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is cinnamon, cocoa, intense. Taste is thick af, cinnamon, actual cinnamon powder in the back. Extremely viscous mouthfeel. Too thiccccc for me.

Bottle; the sis one of the better ones. Pours inky black with a small near black head and decent lacing. Aroma is full of cinnamon, mocha, bourbon, vanilla. Flavor is medium sweet, lots of cinnamon, roasty vanilla soaked cocoa nibs. Full Body.

22 oz. Bottle from the brewery. Aroma shows waves of bourbon with plenty of roasted malt and cinnamon. Flavor has a steady amount of bourbon with traces of vanilla and chocolate. Cinnamon in the finish provides balance to the sweetness. Alcohol is hidden. Rich and decadent with a full, oily texture.

Bottle pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque, inky black with nice viscosity, ring of light brown head and no lacing. Aroma is strong cinnamon over bourbon and roasted malts. Taste is strong cinnamon, bourbon and later roasted malts. Mouthfeel is medium-to-full bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, while only the one adjunct, evokes memories of Abraxas or Hunahpu.
