Tasting with Casey, Traci, Craig, Stella and Loz 27-09-08 this bottle brought along by Craig Really hoppy nose with some sweet candy to back it up, bit furry feeling in the mouth. This has a nice malty backbone is full of flavour, lovely sweet citrussness to finish off proceedings.

Bottled@EBF2008. Deep goldeny amber colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is hops, alcohol and some mild caramelly notes. flavour is quite much the same, leaving quite much alcohol and hoppyness in the aftertaste.

Deep chocolate brown with orange shine; deep yellow, creamy head. Dry hops, huge impressive hoppy nose, but not really complex. Deep bitter-hoppy flavour, complex all the same! Some chocolate, bit vegetable. Hoppiness keeps growing. Alcohol obvious, well-bodied, bit burning MF. Big beer, big b*lls. A bit lopsided, despite some undeniable qualities. What is exactly the role of Amager, Mikkeller, Ol Konsortiet?

Bottled, EBF
Dark ruby copper color, small beige head. Yeasty and cheesy aroma. Liquerish at first, then foamy. Alcoholic, lots of salt licorice and roasted malts. Very potential brew for ageing. Well brewed!

From handbottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Mild woody and malty aroma with a minor spice note. Clean and hoppy crisp aroma. Crisp and dense hoppy flavour yet also with a solid spice note and lingering acidic touch. Smooth and fruity hops finish with a nice bitterness.7-3-7-3-15=3.5

Papsoes mystery blindtasting beer #10. Pours hazy orange with a dense light tan head. Grapefruit and pinewood hops aroma with a solid caramel malt base beneath. Flavour is spiced with a dry malt base. Light hoppy into the finish. Light liqourice note and more herbal spice flavours.
