Can sourced from Mikkeller Webshop and drunk at home (20/02/2021) - hazed up orange coloured pour with a white head. Waves of glorious strata tropical fruit in both aroma and taste, ripe mango and passion fruit, pink grapefruit, juicy fruity, peppery hop spice and dank edged robust hoppy finish. Beautiful use of strata here, gorgeous.

Can online from 'The Trembling Madness'. Pours a hazy orange colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of strong citrus and tropical fruits, Mango, pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit, citrus pith and pine. Taste has more of the same notes with some added leafy weed and peppery spice. Just the right amount of pithy bitterness on the finish. Lovely balance of flavours. Fullish body. Love this Strata hop. Excellent.

Can. Mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate with a nice fine minerally crispness. Light malts, clean and reasonably sweet. Strata hop delight here. Bright melony fruit melange with a modest underlying bitterness. Floral fruits. Bright pine. Very mild hop spice and a super low level soft hop skunk. Juicy fruity finish that shows obvious passion fruit and a little strawberry led berry melange. Marvellous. Can't recall a better Strata hop showcase than this. A cracking new hop at its best and brightest.
